Welcome to END WIKI (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

1. About the Site

The Site is a non-commercial, community-run reference compilation dedicated to Arknights: Endfield. The Site has no affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or sponsorship relationship with HYPERGRYPH, NetEase Games, Yostar, or any other official party associated with the game. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Site (or the higher minimum age applicable in your jurisdiction — for example, 16 in certain EEA countries). If you are below this age, please use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or guardian; otherwise, please do not access the Site.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Game Materials

All in-game character art, illustrations, UI icons, text, and game data referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective rights holders (HYPERGRYPH and its licensees). Such materials are presented under principles of fair use / informational reference for the sole purpose of player lookup and community discussion. The Site claims no rights in these materials.

3.2 Original Content of the Site

Original guides, data-organization logic, page layouts, source code, derived calculations, and similar content authored by the Site remain the copyright of the Site operator. You are welcome to reproduce, quote, or adapt such content for non-commercial purposes, provided that you give credit (attribution to “END WIKI” along with a link to the original page). For commercial use, please contact us by email in advance.

3.3 Notices from Third-Party Rights Holders

If you are the lawful rights holder of any content and believe the Site has used your work without authorization, please contact us via the email address in Section 11 with the following:

  • your identity and contact information;
  • the specific URL(s) of the allegedly infringing page(s);
  • the legal basis on which you assert your rights;
  • the action you are requesting (e.g., takedown, attribution correction).

We will review the notice and take appropriate action within 7 business days of receipt.

4. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  1. access the Site at abnormal frequencies using crawlers, automated scripts, or similar means in a manner that overloads the service;
  2. attempt to bypass, defeat, or interfere with the Site’s security mechanisms, CDN protections, or access restrictions;
  3. use Site content for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise improper purpose;
  4. impersonate the Site or misrepresent any official identity or partnership in connection with the Site;
  5. upload or transmit any content containing malicious code, viruses, trojans, or similar harmful programs;
  6. interfere with other users’ normal access to the Site.

In the event of any of the above, the Site may restrict or deny your access without prior notice.

5. Accuracy and Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site strives to provide accurate and up-to-date game information, but does not guarantee that all content is complete, accurate, current, or error-free at any given time. All Site content is provided “as is” and “as available”, and any decisions you make based on Site content (including but not limited to in-game resource investment, gacha pulls, and team building) are made entirely at your own risk.

The game’s operator may adjust values, mechanics, UI, or other content without prior notice. The Site will follow up as promptly as possible, but synchronization may be delayed.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources, and may display advertising through third-party ad networks including Google AdSense and Microsoft Advertising. The Site assumes no responsibility for the availability, accuracy, legality, or privacy practices of such third-party content. Your interaction with any third-party resource is solely between you and that third party, independent of the Site.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Site and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of in-game resources, time spent, lost business profits, or data loss) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site;
  • The Site shall not be liable for any service interruption or data anomaly caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, network outages, third-party service failures, governmental policy changes, etc.).

If your jurisdiction does not permit the exclusion of certain liabilities, the limitations above will apply to the maximum extent permitted by such law.

8. Service Availability

As a non-commercial fan project, the Site makes no commitment regarding continuous availability, uninterrupted service, or the persistence of any specific feature. The Site may suspend or terminate part or all of its services without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

  • routine maintenance, version upgrades, or data migrations;
  • force majeure events or third-party service failures (CDN, hosting, etc.);
  • forced adjustments or removal of specific content for compliance, copyright, or legal reasons;
  • the Site operator’s personal decision to cease maintenance.

9. Changes to These Terms

The Site may revise these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms become effective immediately upon publication on this page, with the “Last updated” date adjusted accordingly. Material changes will be announced prominently on the Site homepage for at least 30 days. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The interpretation and enforcement of these Terms are not tied to any particular jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute related to the Site, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If amicable resolution fails, jurisdiction shall be determined based on the specific circumstances of the case under the mandatory rules of the relevant jurisdiction.
